Sunrise Yogurt Pancakes


1 cup flour

2 tbs. sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

2 eggs

1/2 cup plain yogurt


1/2 cup water

2 tbs. butter or maragine melted

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl.

Combine eggs, yogurt and water in medium bowl. Whisk in butter. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until moistened.

Preheat griddle over medium heat. Grease lightly. Pour individual spoonfuls onto griddle. cook until bubbly and tops appear dry...turn and cook for about 2 minutes.
