Raw Shredded Apple Pie

1 cup Almonds

1/3 cup Oatmeal, ground

1 cup Dates, pitted

1/4 cup Water

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds, ground

Directions: Mix pie dough ingredients together well. Press firmly into pie plate.

I cup Apple, dried

1/2 cup Sweet Wine

3 Apples, grated

1/3 cup Raisins or Currants

1/4 Walnuts, chopped

1 & 1/2 cups Carrots and Beets, shredded

1/2 cup Coconut

Directions: Mix filling ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Put a heavy plate firmly on top and refrigerate 3-4 hours to allow ingredients to bind together.

Serve with ice-cream or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
