Erin, in our home these are called "fiddle diddles" and we make them every Christmas :)
YUM
How do you find the sucanat taste? I am thinking of using it in baking for Simon and I. I am changing lots in my diet so I am reading and getting people ideas of what they do. Thanks for sharing Erin. : )
The sucanat tastes nice. It does not have that really sweet taste that some bakery/grocery baking has. You just have to get used to it :) It has a lovely flavor that that you will not find in white suger. You might want to check out the post on substitutions that I just did a few days ago,

Hope this helps!
